Power The Human
We enable what machines can never do: powering human intuition, experience, and domain knowledge while automating soul-crushing routine tasks.
Our Mission: Power The Human
The best AI doesn't make decisions for you, it makes you better at making them.
Imago is built for the reality of doing business: where trust matters, context is everything, and the right call draws on years of experience. Our platform puts AI behind your people's expertise, so they move faster, decide smarter, and build stronger relationships.
Our Approach: Find the Friction, Remove It
Every organisation has processes that drain its best people. Time-consuming, error-prone work that delays decisions and adds little real value. We start there.
Imago is built around your actual workflows, not generic templates. The result: a field service audit that once took hours of cross-referencing now delivers a fully documented, warranty-resolved work order in 90 seconds. Real friction, removed. Real time, returned.
The Question
Nina runs five mobile teams in her landscaping business. Every assignment is unique, requiring the right skills, power tools, certifications, timing, and coordination. Her team needs to show up at the right time, at the right place - informed, prepared, and ready.
Yet somehow, despite eight different IT systems - email, CRM, accounting, maps, staff portal - the entire operation revolves around a collection of shared Excel sheets maintained by Nina and her colleagues.
Her husband Stefan watched this daily struggle and wondered: why could the much-hyped capabilities of AI produce nothing more useful than the randomly personalised cold emails flooding his inbox? Why was the AI revolution everywhere except where it actually mattered - on the bottom line?
Where was the AI that understood how businesses actually work? One that could connect the dots across systems, eliminate frustrating inefficiencies, and free people from mind-numbing tasks to do meaningful work?
The Founders
Patrik Oskarsson: The Technical Visionary
Many years ago, in another part of the world, Patrik Oskarsson's firefighter father would hand over smoke-damaged electronics to his curious son. Patrik's room quickly transformed into an electro-mechanical workshop where he reverse-engineered everything he could get his hands on.
With this foundation, creating a camera with motion detection in 1977 came naturally. Patrik's visual tool for mapping mobile phone towers is rumored to still be in use at Ericsson twenty years later. He learned to wrangle both technology and humans during exponential growth as CTO for ICON Medialab in 1997. His system for predicting footfall traffic to shopping malls - processing terabytes of live positioning data - continues humming away today.
Magnus Helander: The Human-Centered Designer
Patrik might very well have encountered Magnus Helander in the basement of Stockholm's Young Researchers association, surrounded by CRT terminals and an undocumented wire connecting to the Royal Institute of Technology's first mainframes. There was an Apple ][ and the first home computers of the 80s.
Finding this environment harshly technical and devoid of sunlight, Magnus rented a room on Manhattan's Lower East Side and spent four years at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. Now he could enjoy the sunlight in Tompkins Square with coffee and a cinnamon muffin while navigating the perplexing terrain where technology, media, and human experience converge.
Stefan: The Business Catalyst
Stefan was introduced to Magnus and Patrik's work-in-progress and immediately grasped its potential.
Together, the three founders envisioned a way to bring systems together and establish a Single Source of Truth - breaking down silos and enabling information to flow seamlessly through organizations.
Finally, AI could deliver real value by powering human intuition and capabilities while automating soul-crushing routine tasks.
Stefan brought more than just observation to the partnership. As a seasoned SaaS investor who had breathed life into multiple companies and disrupted the premium beverage market as a partner at Living Capital, he possessed the venture capital expertise and financial acumen the technical duo needed.
The Birth of Imago
Imago was born from this perfect convergence: Patrik's technical mastery, Magnus's human-centered design philosophy, and Stefan's business and investment expertise. The name derives from Latin, meaning "image" or "likeness," representing the true form or final image. It carries associations of metamorphosis, transformation, and profound change.
The founders of Imago Platform Ltd, creators of the Imago Platform, are left to right, Magnus, Stefan, and Patrik. The background is 100% real, the West Coast archipelago of Sweden, where we got together in September 2025.

The Solution: Already Delivering
Imago weaves together data from CRM systems, operations, email, documents, and policies into a single source of truth that's actionable and instantly available. Here's what that looks like in practice:
50K+ SKUs
Product Management & Quoting
An electrical contractor's entire product catalog — price lists, specs, installation guides — made conversational. Complex quotes answered in seconds instead of hours.
40+ Hours
Saved Monthly on Reporting
116 outage reports sent automatically every week. What used to pile up until month-end now reaches clients in real-time, fully composed and ready to send.
13,326
Client Records Cleaned
A decade of messy CRM data — addresses buried in comments and call notes — resolved automatically with five-source verification. Days instead of months.
90 Seconds
From Audit to Work Order
Site photos with brief notes become fully documented, warranty-resolved work orders. Parts identified, coverage determined, dispatch-ready before the old process found the right binder.
